PARENTING COORDINATOR


​A Parenting Coordinator is a third party neutral that can assist parents with the interpretation and implementation of the terms contained in a Court Order or separation agreement.
 
A Parenting Coordinator is a part of the alternative dispute resolution process (A.D.R.). My role is to assist parents resolve day to day conflicts that may arise in respect to the parenting of the children. The process is non judgmental, child focussed and designed to save parents the stress and high cost of continued litigation in the Court.
 
A Parenting Coordinator does not determine Custody or Access of your children, attend at Court, or file a Report to be used by either parent at Court.
 
A Parenting Coordinator will meet with both parents, together or individually, have telephone conferences and on occasion meet with the children.
 
My hourly rate for this service is $ 300.00 plus H.S.T. and I generally require a Retainer of $ 1,500.00. When you receive an account it will set out the work that was billed for and the dates the work was done.
